Parent Teacher Association

We’re excited to welcome both new and returning parents to the Towne Parent-Teacher Association. Your involvement is welcomed and vital to the success of our school community, and we look forward to working together in support of our Towne community.

As valued members of the PTA, you’ll be the first to receive updates, share your insight, engage with school leadership, and participate in discussions that help shape the future of our school. We’ll also provide information on upcoming initiatives and how you can get involved in our ongoing efforts to enhance the school experience for students and families.

Franklin Towne Charter High School’s PTA welcomes all parents and guardians to get involved throughout the school year. Regular monthly PTA meetings will be held from 5:45–6:45 p.m. in the Student Union, located in Building 108 and accessible through the main entrance.
Thursday, September 24 — Back-to-School Night & Family Engagement Opportunities
September 24 will not be a formal PTA meeting. Instead, families are encouraged to stop by our PTA Meet & Greet during Back-to-School Night to meet PTA members, learn more about opportunities to get involved, share feedback, and express interest in participating during the school year.
Families can also take advantage of several additional opportunities taking place that evening:
  • Back-to-School Night — 5:00–7:00 p.m. | Building 108
    An informal opportunity to meet your students’ teachers, visit classrooms, learn more about course curriculum and expectations, and become more familiar with the school community.
  • Fall Future Fair — 6:00–8:00 p.m. | Gym
    Open to students and families from all grade levels.
  • Senior Workshop — 5:30–6:15 p.m. | Auditorium
    For senior students and families only.
  • Ireland Trip Meeting — 5:45–6:15 p.m. | FTCHS Lecture Hall
    For students and families in the Classes of 2028 and 2029 interested in learning more about the upcoming trip.
  • Title I Information
    Information will be available for families interested in learning more about Franklin Towne’s Title I program, related resources, and family engagement opportunities.
