In accordance with our educational guidelines and in compliance with the Office for Civil Rights, Franklin Towne Charter High School provides English as a Second Language program for children with limited English proficiency. The goal of the program is to enable English Learners (ELs) to become proficient and show achievement in the PA Academic Standards in core content as well as PA English Language Development standards.
