Excused Absences

The following are recognized as legitimate reasons for excused absence: illness of student, death in the family, documented court appearance or religious observance. If a student is observing a religious holiday, the parent must submit a request by email to the Dean of Students at least 24 hours prior to the absence in order to be excused.
